ABOUT THE SPEAKER(s):

As an analyst, John primarily contributes to Forrester’s offerings for the Application & Program Management professional. He is a leading expert on the market for application platforms and infrastructure software for building and running applications. Included in his coverage are the Java/J2EE application servers from BEA, IBM, JBoss, Oracle, SAP, and Sun Microsystems and the equivalent portions of Microsoft’s .NET platform. John also covers the business rules platforms market.


Craig Bechtle serves as Senior Vice President, Product Management at MortgageFlex. He is responsible for the management and development of the LoanQuest .NET product line including the Residential Lending System, WebConsumer, Web-Registration, Point-of-Sale and Secondary Marketing. Craig’s experience in the mortgage industry covers lending software development, testing, training, sales and implementation. He is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association and has served on the MBA’s Retail Production Committee.


Rik Chomko has over 15 years of experience implementing rule-based technology. Prior to co-founding InRule, Rik was Chief Technology Officer with Calypso Systems, a solutions integrator based in Chicago During his seven years at Calypso, Rik was responsible for both the architecture and delivery of systems to many of the firm’s largest clients. Rik is recognized as an expert in emerging technology, having co-authored a number of system frameworks that provide analysts the ability to control application logic without programmer involvement. Rik has been both an award recipient and speaker at numerous technology and industry events including Microsoft Fusion, Comdex, and ACORD.


Theresa O’Neil has responsibility for developing InRule Technology’s worldwide partnerships with ISV, reseller, services, and technology organizations. With more than 17 years in the software industry, Theresa has focused primarily on enterprise information and application solutions. Her experience includes developing product and marketing strategies for the IBM Content Management and Discovery business; leading enterprise software marketing at Platinum Technology, where she also helped launch a Y2K business; and executive positions at TrelliSoft and ShowCase Corporation.
